Addis Ababa February 29, 2024(Addis Walta) The National Committee of Ethiopia conducted today’s evaluation of the works done in hosting the 37th African Union Summit and the 44th Executive Council Session concluded a week ago.
Ambassador Birtukan Ayano, State Minister for Foreign Affairs and Chairwoman of the National Committee, and representatives of member institutions made extensive deliberation upon the performance report of the Committee.
Ambassador Birtukan Ayano stated that Ethiopia successfully hosted the Summit due to the National Committee’s tireless and well-planned efforts.
She further expressed that the Summit reinforced Ethiopia’s good image and proved Ethiopia’s longstanding experience and wisdom in hosting international conferences.
