Addis Ababa, July 20, 2023 (Walta) Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Ph.D.) and Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelensky held a discussion over a phone call this afternoon.
The two leaders conferred on bilateral and international issues of mutual interest as well as the means and ways to restore peace between Russia and Ukraine which are at war since 24 February 2022.
In his social media account, Prime Minister Abiy wrote “I held a phone call with President Zelensky today to discuss bilateral and international matters of mutual interest as well as the means and ways of bringing peace between Ukraine and Russia.”
