Addis Ababa, December 27, 2022 (Walta) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has given instructions to CEOs to further expedite resumption of services.
National Security Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Ambassador Redwan Hussein announced that they made a debriefing to the Premier yesterday after the trip to Mekele.
Accordingly, Ethopian Airlines has announced that it will resume flight to Mekele tomorrow.
It is known that, Ethio Telecom has been resumed in 27 towns of Tigray region.
“In the meantime, handing over of heavy weapons and resumption of Constitutional duty of Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) in Mekele in particular is expected to be executed until Thursday as per the understanding we reached in Nairobi 2.” the Ambassador twitted.
