Addis Ababa, December 15, 2022 (Walta) – Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, Ambassador Meles Alem, announced that Prime Minster Abiy Ahmed’s visit to US has strengthened Ethiopia’s diplomatic relations with International Organizations.
Ambassador Meles Alem, gave the Ministry’s biweekly press briefing today to the media.
In his presentation, said the Prime Minister`s visit to the US and U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit has shown fruitful diplomatic outcomes.
He stated that the event has strengthened the long standing Ethio-American relations.
Ambassador Meles further briefed the World Bank announced that it has approved a $745 million grant to benefit vulnerable Ethiopians, who affected in the conflict.
