Addis Ababa, November 1, 2021 (Walta) – Ibrahim Ghandour, Sudan’s foreign minister and head of the ruling National Congress Party under deposed President Omar al-Bashir, was re-arrested on Monday, a day after he was released from jail, Reuters reported, citing a source from his family.
