Addis Ababa, 25 July 2015 (WIC) – Sudan and Ethiopia have signed, on Wednesday this week, a 500 KW power lines contract which will enable Sudan to benefit from the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
The Director of the Sudanese Company for Electricity, Engineer, Jafar Ali Al-Basher signed for Sudan and the Director of the Ethiopian Company for Electricity and Energy signed for her country.
The two sides have elected the Italian CESI to carry out the consulting work for the power line. (Sudan News Agency)
